Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as: Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Applied Sciences related to materials and engineering. The degree should normally correspond to three to four years of undergraduate study or an equivalent qualification recognized by the consortium. Applicants with degrees from closely related fields may also be considered if they demonstrate sufficient background knowledge in relevant scientific subjects.

Physics

Condensed matter, thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics backgrounds.

Engineering

Materials science, chemical engineering, or energy engineering degrees.

Chemistry

Inorganic chemistry, electrochemistry, and polymer science focus.

Life Sciences

Advanced nanosciences or relevant environmental science disciplines.

English Proficiency

All courses are taught in English. Non-native speakers must provide one of the following certifications.
